Performance Management Specialist - hindawi


Hindawi Publishing Corporation, a fast growing online publisher, is seeking to hire qualified candidates for the position of Performance Management Specialist who will be responsible for:

- Coordinate and follow up the implementation of the Probation Period Evaluation Process to ensure the timely completion of the Process
- Deliver awareness sessions to the middle management to communicate the performance management policies and procedures
- Assist in conducting Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey to enhance the working conditions of the employees
- Conduct performance investigation to ensure management effectiveness, and resolution of disagreements or complaints among leaders and their subordinates
- Coordinate and assist in the implementation of the annual Performance Appraisals (Staff level & Managerial level) to ensure the effectiveness of the process
- Attend some of the performance appraisal meetings as an observer to ensure its efficiency
- Participate in delivering the HR Orientation Sessions to the newly hired employees to communicate the corporation’s HR policies
- Assist in creating and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all employees as a tool of performance evaluation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in the HR field
- HR Certificate or Diploma is a must
- Very Good written and spoken English language
- Very good communication & presentation skills, team player, problem solver, attentive to details and time management skills
