• Developing Baseline schedules from Scratch
• Performing resource loading and leveling
• Cost loading the baseline to generate cash flow diagrams
• Updating schedules
• Claims Analysis
• Review Construction schedules and reports
• Time Impact Analysis
• Creating Narrative Reports
• Corresponding with Clients to meet their needs
• Generating project controls reports in excel
• Leading conference calls with US clients
Qualifications:
• Civil engineer or Construction management engineer (Masters degree is a plus)
• 3 years of experience in construction and scheduling as a minimum
• Construction field experience is a plus
• Proficient in Primavera (P3 and/or P6)
• Excellent command of English
