Description — Contact suppliers to submit their quotation according to required material specifications. — Handel negotiation with suppliers for getting the best price according to the approved budget. — Submit recommendation for equipments, products or materials specifications as per the market availability. — Implement the comparison between received quotation covering the technical and financial aspects — Responsible for ensuring that equipments and materials are supplied according to Purchase Order. — Prepare & update Procurement Requests status for all items on daily basis — Handle any required information by requested party regarding requested material — Following up the delivery date for each supplied material according to the purchasing order terms. — Monitor & prepare a quarterly report evaluating suppliers performance. — Implement & update suppliers database ‘works history, official documents and any other data required–.
Qualifications • AutoCAD – MS Office • Certificates related to same field is an asset. • Know how of Supply Chain is preferable
