Product Manager for pharmaceutical company
General Purpose
To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies and plans to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• develop and follow up the proper implementation of marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• coordinate with direct and ethical promotion teams to insure the proper implementation of marketing activities with ROI tracking
• conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• analysis of customer insights and market dynamics, current market conditions and competitor activities and information
• track the productivity of the marketing plans and projects and provide ROI
• monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results, weekly, monthly and quarterly
• responsible for conducting regular products and competitors training sessions for ethical promotion staff to insure high level of up to date knowledge.
• Ensure that the product message is properly delivered to the customers
• Build strong business relationship with KOLs
• manage the marketing budget to ensure proper allocation to gain the highest ROI
• deliver marketing activities within agreed budget
• liaison with media and advertising
Education and Experience
• medical background degree or equivalent professional qualification
• 5-7 years experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
• technical marketing and selling skills
• proven experience in customer and market research
• relevant product and industry knowledge
