Description     1.Supervise shift operation to achieve daily production plan and maintain product quality for brake discs. 2.Arrange technicians in his shift according to their qualifications and training plan. 3.Resolving faults and problems related to software and operation in brake disc machining line to maintain smooth uninterrupted operation 4.Ensure continuous realization of product specification to maintain quality and specifications. 5.Ensure continuous application of Total productive Maintenance in his shift. 6.Ensure correct use and recording of all line documents and production reports. 7.Ensure accurate application of procedures and work instruction in machining line. 8.Create / adjust programs of CNC machines as required to ensure optimum product quality, in cooperation with Brake Disc production Head and other shifts engineers.
Qualifications    * Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. * Min. 3 years in manufacturing with CNC machines , preferably in metal forming .
