Description 1. Handle the local and international trips for CEO and Board members including applying for visa, reserving flight tickets and hotel rooms 2. Coordinate with national & international conferences organizers in order to send conferences invitations & invoices 3. Handle communication with local and foreign societies and agencies 4. Check incoming regular mail packages addressed to CEO 5. Handle communication with freight companies 6. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein
Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree in any field 2. Two years of experience in a similar position in a travel agency or any related field 3. Excellent command of English and Arabic both written and spoken 4. Very good command of computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet) 5. Very good communication skills 6. Able to handle assigned tasks independently and professionally 7. Organized, sets priorities, meets deadlines and able to perform multitasks
