Description The Quality Assistant reports to The Quality Manager and has primary responsibility revising and implementing quality standards and policies in an organization, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Lab. Assistance implements systems that facilitate productivity, improve processes and guarantees efficacy Analysis RM & FG according laboratories standard procedures Releasing all RM & FG against specification on system & maintain database updated with the relevant data. Reviewing and updating a companys quality procedures, standards and specifications. Maintain documentation of the QMS up to date and he is the document controller of the system Responsible for controlling the calibration plan and performing the in site calibration on time. Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks. — Investigation, analysis, & reporting of complaints, rejections & rework. — Reviewing MO data for accuracy, completeness & adjustments. And reporting any deviation from the process through NCR forms. Creating COA`s & submitting P&G COA`s. Preparing Monthly reports monitoring the quality performance of the site (Aged inventory, OOS, QFR) Checking FG before shipping for packaging, labeling & P&G scanning. Creating requested reports that helps in site evaluation & improvement when asked.
Qualifications Experience in quality management systems Experience in quality system audits. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Good report writing skills. Should be able to interpret statistical data with the help of software packages. Should be customer oriented.
