Description     — Facilitates development of improvement goals — Develops and implements quality improvement activities for all Sadkos department. — Provides training programs to teach employees the basics of quality management — Provides training on data analysis and utilization of information — Provides training to teach employees how to use quality tools — works with the organization leadership and staff to create policies and procedures that ensure good quality and minimize errors — constantly perform follow-up evaluations of data and organizational performance to ensure consistent improvement — oversees the organizations reports — Creates reporting documents for departments to use for tracking QI activities, trends and patterns, and identifying opportunities for improvement. — Attends and may facilitate department QI meetings, providing )expert) input regarding problem identification and resolution, continuous quality improvement (CQI).  
Qualifications    • Bachelor’s Degree. Advanced degree is preferred. • Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in the quality field. • Excellent English • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio Access and analysis capability. • Must be familiar with and have a working knowledge with QI process improvement methodology strategies. Must possess analytical skills in order to collect, organize and present data in a clear and concise manner. • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the demonstrated ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization • Analytical skills necessary to make sound decisions and recommendations • Team player and able to work across organizational departments • Experience in development and change management • Ability to deal with multiple priorities, be self-motivated, work tight time frames/deadlines, and function independently to implement new programs within a broad scope of guidelines and established policies and goals.
