Description      Managing the buffet and catering. Ordering and receiving all the supplies needed for the Companys HQ and ensuring that the supplies are on hand sufficiently with a very high quality.  Ordering and receiving all the uniforms or stationary needed and all any other admin supplies or equipment to be provided for the HQ employees via the Purchasing department.  Coordinating any Admin projects and ensuring that all the malfunctions have been fixed quickly & accurately.  Receiving and welcoming visitors according to the visitors policy.  Managing the reservation of the meeting rooms.  Performing a variety of general office tasks and duties for ALL HQs departments including correspondence, reports, and other documents using word processing.  Receiving and directing all the HQs incoming phone calls.  Receiving faxes & sending them to the relevant employees.  Receiving the postal mail of the HQ on a daily basis.  Receiving & sending the Companys internal mail on a daily basis.  Ensuring that all the employees are using the attendance machine.  Ensuring that ALL the invoices or the subscriptions; if exist, are paid on time.  Providing any assistance needed for meetings held at the HQ.  Performing any other related tasks.  
Qualifications     Completion of a bachelors degree from an accredited four year university.  Fresh graduates are accepted.
