Description —Perform all sorts of network security implementation, consultation, testing and configuration —Implement, Support, and Evaluate security-focused tools and services — Perform services design tasks in cooperation with the rest of other departments team members. —Perform project management tasks in cooperation with the rest of other departments team members. —Perform routine network preventive maintenance adhering to operational security and operational guidelines —Respond to and troubleshoot all network security problems for all company related projects. —Maintain documentation - ensure proper update of documentation in relation to changes in the networking environment. —Provide after office standby support for operational issues —Provide customer signed reports after every assignment —Give all the necessary security on job training and usage guidance to customers —Maintain good command of customer satisfaction —Monitoring of network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations —Provide our customers with remote, on-site and phone support for their security related networking problems —Perform networking solutions demos and presentations for customers
Qualifications •Bachelor degree of Communication/computer Engineering •CCNA is a must, CCNP and CCSP is preferred. •2 years or above experience in Cisco-based networking - LAN, WAN, routing and security. •In-Depth knowledge of network security and firewalls, including Cisco PIX, ASA, VPNs, Iron port and other firewalls •Detailed knowledge of system security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques •Preferably experience in network management, risk identification applications and troubleshooting tools.
