Description - Prepare the monthly payroll using HITs HR system - Prepare reports regarding leaves balances, payroll deductions/additions, time permissions and overtime - Update and maintain payroll records - Calculate the settlement of resigned/terminated employees - Maintain the payroll and time keeping systems - Perform annual payroll tax reconciliation - Follow up on updating employees data on HITS system - Monitor staff attendance and leaves balances according to company policy & Labor Law - Assist in delivering HR Orientation Sessions for new hires regarding employees rights and benefits package
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in any discipline - From 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field - Very good command of both written and spoken English - Background on HITS system is a plus - Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - Decision making, problem solving, attention to details and leadership skills
