Description -Participates effectively in development of the ecommerce platform with focus on shifting from the present IBM Web Sphere platform to an open source based one, whilst performing technical development of an e-commerce solution that is internationally utilized by a widely spread range of users —Participates in developing functionality & XML/Web service based integrations to ensure maintaining provision of the best solutions. —Optimize and design administration interfaces, while applying quality control process & facilitating deployment of improvements. —Engages as an active team player in developing the use of solution while customizing & / or tailor making special requirements, when needed.
Qualifications •Bachelor Degree from a reputable university / institute, preferably Computer Science & Engineering. Post graduate degrees / certifications are considered as assets -Technical / IT Skills: •Excellent knowledge & experience with java programming language, spring & Eclipse frameworks. •Very good knowledge & experience with java script & SQL programming languages & web technology (XML & XSLT, HTML 5 / CSS3, struts, tiles, log4J, JSTL, AJAX & web service). •Good knowledge of MY SQL database, mobile HTML 5 / CSS3 & frameworks (SOLR, Hibernate, Open CMS or other open source Java based CMS). •Knowledge / Experience with mobile Android, IOS or web sphere commerce suite framework are valued as assets.
