Position: Senior Software Engineer – Team Leader
Reporting to: PS Support Lead
Preferred Nationalities: Egyptian
Job Location: Cairo
Years of Experience: 4-6

Main tasks and Responsibilities:
• To lead and support development team to more productivity and give them the needed consultancy
1. Review the design document and send his comments to the solution architect
2. Lead team from 4 to 5 developer to develop mid size project using .net ,SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013
3. Give technical support to his team
4. Prepare the deployment package
5. Do team leader testing for the solution
6. Give his feedback about the developing team.
Qualifications and Technical Background:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineer
- Expert knowledge in developing SharePoint 2010 solutions
- Expert knowledge in SharePoint customization
- Expert knowledge in SharePoint search configuration
- Good Knowledge of design pattern (MVP)
- Good knowledge of team leading
- Expert knowledge of .net framework 3.5 and 4 Strong communication and leading skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving skills.
- Ability to work within a team structure and maintain GOOD TEAM SPIRIT!
