Description What do I need to qualify for this job? * Very good command of spoken and written English language * Minimum education required: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field * Minimum 4+ years professional business systems experience with a minimum of 3 years related experience with SAP ERP system * Broad understanding of SAP SD and MM and PS modules * Understanding of end-to-end business processes and support processes; understand key success factors that drive the implementation of common processes and systems * Understanding of Incident Management Systems * Ability to work effectively with third parties (internal and external) * Experience in working globally, in a multicultural environment * Excellent time management skills needed to balance multiple priorities and to ensure delivery of high quality services * Ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities and ambiguous situations, and to operate under pressure and manage conflicts.Strong written and verbal communication skills; sensitive to people / cultural differences
