SHOWROOM MANAGERS
A Well Known Furniture Company in Kuwait is urgently seeking to hire a Showroom Managers for different locations in the Middle East
Job Experience
• Experience 3 to 5 years in Retail -Management.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Age must not exceed 40 Year.
• Bachelor degree in business management or any other equivalent degree is preferred
Must have high level of numerical ability, read and understand sales reports The individual must be able to manage between 55 to 85 staff and skilled in performance management.
He will provide leadership, direction and support to all team members and ensure appropriate resources, and skills are available to achieve budgeted results.
He will be responsible for operation and showroom profitability within agreed targets and ensures that these targets are met daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Monitoring and tracking performance of showroom through report management and assisting in delivering outcomes by offering advice and feedback based on reports generated for the showroom.
• Managing profit and loss of the showroom.
• Managing customer service levels.
• Formulating action plans to deal with stock management.
• Managing revenue, overheads and expenses.
• Implements all ISO assessment requirements; quarterly reviews, personal development plans and training plan.
