Description *Responsible for all external and internal receiving for all Raw Materials (FY-DC-ISKAN-OF-SULY). *Reviewing and following up all purchase orders for raw materials department as follows: -Reviewing Purchase orders with raw materials department,making sure of the purchase order of the procurement department,reviewing the entry of PO on Chess System,following up the delivery dates. -After confirming the dates of shipment and delivery, a copy of purchase order has to be send to the storekeeper of the warehouse. -Keeping Purchase orders attached with purchase request in the files. *Reviewing receiving bills from suppliers as follows: -Storekeepers has to receive according to the invoice or delivery notes from the suppliers according to purchase order he has,then he sends the documents to the accountant. *Reviewing the bills of shipping companies *Submitting reports for the details of items and cost of shipping *Responsible for all the movements of items among warehouses,and warehouse and factory and following up the inventory. *Responsible for the transfers between the warehouse and the factory.
Qualifications *Bachelor degree in accounting *2 Years Experience *Excellent Knowledge of Word,Excel,PowerPoint.
Gender Male
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
