TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
EDUCATION
Higher education (graduate) in Agriculture or equal through experience;
Technical Supervisor
- Experience in Fresh produce industry with main focus on Grapes and Citrus.
- Good experience in food safety requirements in regard to specific retailer / market
- Coordinate with packhouse operation and quality team for the latest version of the quality certificates, and make sure that group of Capespan supplier are aware of.
- Able to clarify / Train to the needed specs to the packhouse team in order to deliver the right information.
- Follow with packhouse team closely to align production to the specs set by Capespan / buyer.
- Report to Capespan team about the harvest / packing progress of the given program in terms of quality, in order to determine any needed corrective action.
The Candidate must be:
- Good communication skills.
- Leadership / Training capabilities.
- English speaking ( is a big plus)
- Live close to production areas ( Alexandria desert road), preferred around Cairo / Qaliyobiya / Sadat city)
- Able to drive extensively / a driver help is an option.
