Description — Respond to all of the customers requirements to make sure it is fulfilled with the best quality. — Report monthly on the customers accounts and its status to the department manager to keep track on the performed tasks. — Project a professional image at all times to external and internal customers, — Keep record with all the needed information about Wadi products to retrieve when needed. — Study the technical Complaints and develop solutions to overcome in the future. — Support the commercial & Sales team with the technical expertise whenever requested. — Support the sales team to the achievement of the sales target on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
Qualifications Education : BA. Degree from any discipline university. Experience : From 5 – 7 years in a relevant field. Language Skills : Excellent Arabic & Good English. Personal Skills : Good team player ,has the ability to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure. Computer Skills: Good ( Microsoft Office )
