Description Responsible for the IT maintenance (Portal, PCs, Network & Servers). Responsible for the assessment of the hardware requirements before the course. Responsible for the lab setup based on the lab preparation order. Responsible for the maintenance of the equipment and support the students during the courses. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. Setup and configure PC compatible hardware and Software. Checks pre-installation requirements and site preparations for new hardware &software installations. Operate office equipment including, but not limited to: computers, copiers, printers. Troubles shoot hardware, software, peripheral, and operating system performance issues. Manage and monitor daily backup jobs. Advise user on appropriate action. Identify any possible future issues, report them to the manager, and resolve them where possible. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications • MCITP & Exchange 2010 certified • Microsoft certified trainer • Two years min experience in similar job • Good presentation & Communication skills
