Job Purpose:

To Collect & perform primary troubleshooting end to end for voice incidents 24x7 in order to
Ensure a professional and consistent delivery of quality service to telephony customers.

Skills / Qualifications:
• Good networking and communications background.
• Good background on Voice protocols and networks
• Service oriented, customer focused with good customer skills...
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks.
• Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude.
• Good time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in terms of working hours
• English language proficiency required second/multiple international language(s) proficiency beneficial.
• IT/Software skills are a great plus
• Presentation/Report writing skills
• Good office automation and PC literacy skills
• German Language is a must
Educational background: University degree in Engineering.
