2.1 Telesales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Communicates to clients the group product benefits and special offers
- Offers customers a trial period
- Books appointments for a Sales rep visit
- Updates customers information
- Receives orders and arrange for delivery and bills to be sent
- Logs the call into a computer, including dates for follow up calls
Qualifications & Skills:
- Enjoys working with customers and building relationships
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Has a positive attitude, is polite & friendly
- Patient and respects customers' answers
- Confidence using computers
- Well-organized and result-oriented
- Works well under pressure
