Qualifications -Excellent command of computer skills ( e.g. Word,Excel,Advanced Excel,PowerPoint). -Knowledge of operating systems ( e.g. Servers - Work Stations ). -Ability to provide IT devices support. -Knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) and its protocols (e.g. TCP/IP). -Fault , diagnosis and repair skills. -Knowledge of technical processes.
