Description commercial Duties - Responsible for issuing required quotations /documents for tenders and order submission before closing date. - Manage and co-ordinate the sales queue to ensure that all solutions proposed are provided in accordance with sales work instructions. - Responsible for following up open inquiries, offers, orders until delivery. - Respond timely and accurately to requests for information and requests for pricing. - Designing formats for the companys quotations Technical Duties - Maintain full up to date technical awareness of the products. - Assist Sales Team with product enhancement knowledge. - Provide an escalation route for customers and sales team for initial technical and design issues, liaising with the manufacturers to ensure swift responses. - Reply to customers with and technical clarification needed
Qualifications Faculty of Engineering (Electrical & Mechanical Dept.) - very good user of Microsoft office applications (excel. word,PowerPoint) accept to do outdoor visits to customers - AutoCad user

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
