Job Description:
As a RE property consultant, you promote elite property at Soma Bay resort location South of Hurghada. An internationally known spot for exotic escape which offers 5 blue chip hotels as well as activities including diving, kite and wind surfing, and internationally renounced Golf course and the Thalasso Spa. Your clients are targeted figures, hotel guests and potential elite customers; both Egyptians as well as foreigners.
1-Selling residential properties in Soma Bay, Hurghada
2-Conducting showings to potential buyers
3-Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
4-Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
5-Display residential properties to clients and explain their features.
6-Networking
Qualifications:
You may have no experience, yet you would enjoy selling a life quality investment. Your persuasion, negotiation presentation as well as communication skills are effective and distinguished. You speak and write fluent English & German, demonstrating high level of persistence and appreciation to the buyers’ needs. You can close deals and – in case required – will follow up and track potential customers.
-University Degree
-1-3 years experience in Sales & Customer Care – preferable real estate sector preferable real estate sector
-Strong sales technique
