Description 1.Participates in drills and emergency precautionary demonstrations 2.Participates in arranging the evacuation plan for UCMENA factory. 3.Participates in the inspection Process in order to assure compliance with local regulations 4.Assists in appointment of safety representatives for all departments 5.Assists Senior Safety Officer in conducting surveillance monitoring and monitoring alarm systems. 6.Liaises with on-site contractors to ensure their compliance with Company safety regulations and adherence to safety standards, including basic safety induction training 7.Familiars with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). 8.Assists Safety Officer in arranging training for staff on fire fighting, first aid ‡. Etc. 9.Identifies unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards, investigates root causes and identifies corrective and preventative actions and reports Safety Officer. 10.Participating in arranging for all health & safety correspondences and writing and arranging procedures Hazardous Materials and Chemicals 11.Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions to the Superior. 12.Ensures all incidents and accident reports are completed. Ensure this is done to a high standard within set timelines. 13.Follows company rules and regulations pertinent to administrative policies, safety and personal hygiene.
Qualifications Bachelor degree "scientific field" •A professional Health and Safety Certificate such as O.S.H.A is a plus.
