Profile In light of the success of developing AL Tajamouat Industrial City in Jordan and at the Government of Egypt’s invitation, a joint stock company was established under the name of AL Tajamouat Investment Company- Egypt, for Industrial Parks and Real Estate Development in November 2007 in Egypt with an initial capital of EGP 100 million. AL Tajamouat Investment Company – Egypt, in the presence of the Egyptian Minister of Industry and Trade Eng. Rachid Mohamed Rachid, signed an agreement with IDA (Industrial Development Authority represented by Engineer Amr Assal) to acquire 1.1 million square meters of land in a unique location in 10th of Ramadan area Cairo Egypt to develop AL Tajamouat Industrial Park. The full network of the infrastructure of AL Tajamouat industrial park will be developed in three phases over seven years while the development and construction of the ready and tailor-made industrial facilities will be over ten years. The total expected investment by AL Tajamouat Investment Company will exceed USD 200 million in developing the industrial park which is expected to bring in a forecasted USD 1 billion of local and foreign direct investment to Egypt. It will significantly create close to fifty thousand job opportunities for the Egyptian labor pool, in addition to generating over USD-800 million in exports when the Industrial park is fully operational. Utilizing the geographical attractiveness of Egypt and the encouraging investment climate, AL Tajamouat Investment Company has developed its service-oriented module which provides standard ready-made industrial facilities, customized predesigned ready-made Industrial Facilities, and customized tailor-made industrial facilities with a turn key solution for foreign and local investors; the network of infrastructure will offer investors maximum return on investment, mobility, and flexibility. Integrated investor solutions managed by our experienced team will further facilitate the process of starting up and operating businesses for manufacturers, in addition to offering auxiliary services that will include labor and managerial dormitories, industrial food catering facilities, commercial units, storage and warehousing areas, and office spaces allied with general maintenance, housekeeping, and security services.
