Description Coordinate the issue, update and implementation of the different procedures within the companys Quality Management System. This includes assisting all departments in writing proposals for procedure updates, designing documents and follow-up on implementation of any such changes. Prepare monthly schedules for internal quality audits that ensure covering all departments within suitable intervals. Ensure the implementation of the audit plan and compilation of audit results and findings including follow-up of implementation of corrective actions. Coordinate the management review meetings with the different departments to report on performance and review any changes needed to the Reliance Mining Quality Management System. Compile the monthly results reports based on performance indicators form different departments to be presented to Top Management. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets including compilation of data from different departments, analysis of budget figures and compilation of final budget numbers. Assist in management of new projects within the scope of the Business Process Department. This includes, analysis of projects, planning schedules, follow-up on implementation and preparing progress and results reports
Qualifications - Bachelor of Engineering. - Good communication skills. - Excellent analytical skills. - 1 to 3 years of experience is a must in the same field. - Organized and able to work under stress.
