Job Position: International Customer Service Advisor (IRISH ACCOUNT)
Answer customer’s calls and provide WOW customer service experience over the phone supporting Irish Account.
Requirements:
1) Technical Background about GSM and mobiles software is A Must.
2) Previous customer service experience in an offshore call center as “Xbox, Cisco, and Samsung” would be a great plus
3) College Graduates.
4) Fluent English with native accent is A Must
5) Excellent communication Skills
6) Flexible with shift basis (No over night shifts)
7) Fast Learner.
