Döhler Egypt specialized in manufacturing Juice Concentrates and Flavours and located at the 4th Industrial zone, 6th of October seeks to hire a temporary HR manager for 9 months to do the following:
- Realise the HR strategy and ensure the best possible staffing and human resource development and high potentials retention in the area of responsibility.
- Realise the HR strategy in coordination with the functional managers and the supervisor.
- Permanently ensure best possible staffing in the responsibility area.
- Participate in the organisation development in coordination with the supervisor and the line managers.
- Coach the management and their junior staff members.
- Implement groupwide talent management, performance management and other comprehensively defined HR measures and processes in cooperation with the supervisor and the line managers.
- Plan staff-related, issue-related and financial resource based on information from subordinate areas. Ensure approved budget compliance as well as initiate appropriate measures in case of imminent and assessed divergencies (if existing)
Job Qualifications:
- University Degree in Relevant Field (HR diploma is a plus).
-Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial role (SAP experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English and Arabic (German is a plus).
- Outstanding organisational skills, critical thinking and a can-do attitude.
- Note: this role is a maternity cover for the period of 9 months.
