Qualifications 1.Ability to operate various work-processing software, spread sheets and database programs. 2.Interact and maintain good working relationships with individuals of social and cultural backgrounds. 3.Knowledge of all assigned program activities guidelines and processes. 4.Maintain confidentiality. 5.Communicate efficiently and effective both verbally & in writing. 6.Carry out multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 7.Detail oriented and processes skills in ten-key by touch. 8.Knowledge of records management procedures. 9.Minimum experience in similar position not less than 3 years
