Description The Events coordinator is responsible for planning and execution of events from conception through to completion to fulfill objectives. The role is very dynamic, incorporating a wide variety of tasks and event types. Working to deadlines, planning and project management will be a common feature of work to ensure events run well. Managing venues, suppliers, partners etc. And on the day of an event, problem-solving and ensuring delivery of a successful event. Planning and budgeting for events from the concept creations to delivery. Event concept creation, e.g. themes, message, purpose Researching to identify opportunities for events. Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements. Planning events layouts and program. Coordinating events staffing requirements and briefings. Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.
Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in Advertising or Event management agency. Negotiation skills. Business / commercial awareness. Technical knowledge. Excellent Computer Skills. Excellent Communication skills. Presentable. Aware of (Road shows, Activations, Products launching).
Gender Any
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Compensations Medical Insurance.
