Description 1.Responsible for local inventory maintenance and software license management. 2.Responsible for maintenance of systems documentation such as TIS operations manuals. 3.Serves as the technical and communications liaison to and from stakeholders and office key users for TIS communications, initiatives, needs assessments, etc. 4.Responsible for monitoring all IT fixed assets & data. 5.Documentations of all H/W, S/W, spare parts and errors. 6.Daily Report (logs) for all errors. 7.Responsible to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organization. 8.His Role may span one or more areas of expertise, including procurement activates for IT Dep. 9.Installing and Configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications; 10.Monitoring and Maintaining computer systems and networks; 11.Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues; 12.Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults & replacing parts as required; 13.Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports; 14.Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system; 15. Supporting the roll-out of new applications; 16.Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
Qualifications Bachelor Computer Science, Computer Engineering
