Description - Lead and coach GM- Egypt to apply and implement ‘GM-Global Manufacturing System–. - Support and conduct calibrations & audits to identify the level of implementations of the ‘GM-GMS–. - Lead and coach the implementation of the built in quality systems. - Coordinate tracking meetings for the GM-GMS implementation. - Coach and train workers & employees for better understanding of ‘GM-GMS– elements. - Develop and conduct GM-GMS internal calibration process at least once a year. - Support and facilitate GM-GMS external calibration process, if required. - Participate in the GM-GMS coordinators monthly conference calls. - Support GM regional team to develop new lean operating tools. - Track and report the MFG monthly KPIs (scorecard, etc‡) data internally and externally (GMIO). - Continuously develop improvement in designs & processes using lean manufacturing concepts. - Support flawless launch for new programs and projects.
Qualifications • Good command of written and spoken English • Good communication skills • Energetic & Self motivated • Good presentation skills • Good interpersonal skills
