Description — Communicate with business users in defining requirements, managing scope, facilitating user acceptance of new functionality. — Document all communications, status reports, requirements & designs. — Manage & communicate with business stakeholders to help them articulate and document their specific business needs. — Support requirements from the idea generation stage through full implementation into production. — Lead the successful delivery of client and company projects. — Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards. — Act as a role model by providing leadership and direction for team members in areas that affect projects, tasks and deliverables. — Allocate resources effectively to maintain project level and companywide profitability. — Report detailed status on a weekly basis or different periods according to project needs. — Make detailed plans to accomplish goals and assist the integration of technical activities. — Controlling & managing scope & changes needed through different phases of the projects , and handling its effect on the customer satisfaction. — Recommend to apply PMP standards through Sahm Group Inc. project management.
Qualifications • Software Background is a must. • 2-3 years of experience in the same job or equivalent job title. • Customer oriented. • Self-motivated. • Results-driven
