Description —Coordinate and follow up the implementation of the Probation Period Evaluation Process to ensure the timely completion of the Process —Deliver awareness sessions to the middle management to communicate the performance management policies and procedures —Assist in conducting Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey to enhance the working conditions of the employees —Conduct performance investigation to ensure management effectiveness, and resolution of disagreements or complaints among leaders and their subordinates —Coordinate and assist in the implementation of the annual Performance Appraisals (Staff level & Managerial level) to ensure the effectiveness of the process —Attend some of the performance appraisal meetings as an observer to ensure its efficiency —Participate in delivering the HR Orientation Sessions to the newly hired employees to communicate the corporations HR policies —Assist in creating and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all employees as a tool of performance evaluation
Qualifications •Bachelor Degree in any discipline •1-2 years of experience in the HR field •HR Certificate or Diploma is a must •Very Good written and spoken English language •Very good communication & presentation skills, team player, problem solver, attentive to details and time management skills
