Description — Supervising one of the UACT computer labs — Installation of different software on PCs in the lab. — Providing help to users concerning software and general lab use including laser printing and scanning. — Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the lab all the time. — Ensuring the availability of all resources that are needed for the lab operation — Trouble shooting in case of any technical problems in any of the labs machines. — Reporting to the Operations Manager in case of advanced software problems beyond his/her knowledge.
Qualifications Minimum education requirement: University Bachelor degree in a related field Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in trouble shooting and maintenance of computing equipment in addition to experience in handling computer labs and dealing with different users.
