Description JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Receiving and analyzing the material purchase request. 2.Consult with engineering personnel to establish performance criteria, specifications and testing. 3.Analyzes technical data, designs, preliminary specifications, manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and availability of parts and equipment. 4.To find and analyze all potential suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing. a. Sending RFQs (Request for Quotations) to the potential suppliers. b. Study offers and determine the best pricing and technically accepted materials considering the delivery time is suitable to the factory needs. c. Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company. d. Issuing purchase orders. e. Organizing the payment process (local / foreign). f. Organizing the receipt of the goods with the logistics department. g. Ensure that the shipment is identical with demanded in the purchase order. h. Ensure that the documentation are received from the vendor by the finance department. i. Follow - up the inventory of goods in central warehouse.
Qualifications BSc Electrical Power Engineering

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Ms-Office, Effective Communications Skills, Good Internet Search Knowledge.
