Description Handle all kinds of marketing, networking, social media and customer service activities at the organization. developing new partnerships accounts and growing current company portfolio,deal with customer complaints, queries and request of information. Also, to provide an input to the development of the customer care related policies,responsible for the management of the customer web-site, — Take full responsibility for the dealing with relevant customer complaints. — Carry out relevant research as required and requested by Marketing Manager — Prepare daily, weekly, monthly statistical reports as appropriate. —Attend seminars, Fairs, Exhibition and other events as required out of normal office hours. — Assist in implementing of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed. —Take responsibility for creating and planning Marketing campaigns. — Develop newsletters, marketing materials, annual reports, advertisements, and other related material. — Develop promotional opportunities and ideas. — Manage media relations, research editorial opportunities and build relationships with key industry media.(Include Online Media) — Train Operation team members on the C.S & Marketing Activities. — Provide monthly reporting to the Marketing Manager. Will include but not be limited to station Audit reports and reporting on the status of prioritized marketing and communication activities.
Qualifications University graduates with marketing major • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing field • Exceptional communication skills • Solid background in handling customers • Enthusiastic , energetic & Creative • Post graduate studies in marketing is a Must • Expert MS office & Internet User • Photoshop knowledge is a plus
