Description Rental agent deals with customer rentals making sure the vehicle are serviced and in a good condition, communicates with the station dispatchers chauffeurs and technicians in order to coordinate customer pickups also takes charge of customer complaints and queries, also communicate with other departments and stations whenever needed. Provide excellent customer service by answering customers questions and provide assistance based on each customer needs and requests. contact the client prior to the rental starts to confirm the rental date and time, the customers documents, also contact the client at least one time during the rental to make sure that the rental is going well and smooth. Ensure a pleasant, smooth and efficient handling of the rental for each customer by assisting in the exchange and return vehicle processes; review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of rates and service charges, verify return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate and reviews all charges at the time of vehicle return Offer all customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information and appropriate service information Handle payments, sell extra items to customers, send vehicles for cleaning and fill them with gas
Qualifications University graduates • Very good command of English language • Minimum one year of experience • Automotive, Hospitality or Customer Service background is highly appreciated • Valid car license is a must • Exceptional communication skills • Customer oriented • Presentable and good looking • Enthusiastic & energetic
