Description     —Following up the whole operation at all company premises including )complaints, days to day issues, etc —Arrange meeting if needed with store and mall managers if needed for discussing any of the above —Providing recruitment resources of House Keeping staff of any level, for in-house hiring —Making sure that House Keeping teams at Head Quarters and stores are providing a satisfactory service level —Going through suppliers comparison process (samples, quotations, quality, payment terms, and general agreement .etc). —Receiving the uniform requests (quantities, sizes ... etc) from all concepts and make sure to deliver it within time frame. —Going through suppliers comparison process (staff numbers, service level, dressing and appearance ... etc). —Assuring that security teams at stores are providing a satisfactory service level and matching with Companys image.
Qualifications    •University degree in any discipline, Business Administration preferable •Certificate or training on facilities management is desirable •4-6 years of experience Administration-facilities management •Multi-Tasking •Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication •Relationship Management •Resourcefulness •Problem Solving •Decision-Making •Planning and Organizing
