Description Managing the day to day operations in the restaurant. Work together with other managers and owners in the planning, directing and coordinating of restaurant operations. Deal directly with customers and employees and are responsible for a diversity of duties that include financial record keeping and hiring. Managing daily operations, and organizing the use of materials and employee resources. Responsible for generally managing the facility. They must ensure that all materials used in food preparation and serving are working properly. Often play an active role in marketing the restaurant and devising promotional programs. Operation managers interact with customers and vendors and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner. Responsible for managing inventory and keeping financial records of purchases and sales and work with the human resources department to train, develop, hire, retain and fire employees.
Qualifications *Maintains supportive relationships with all staff Minimum of 4 years of experience in the same field. Very good knowledge of (MS Office)& the Internet.

Other Skills *Must have 3-4 years of experience as an Operation Manager for Restaurants. *The role requires a knowledge of the market place and competitor set and a high level of commercially. *Maintains supportive relationships with all staff *Demonstrates effective organizational skills and work habits. *Maintains a high standard of professional integrity. *Performs well under pressure. Remains calm and professional in difficult situations.
