Description     — Managing the day to day operations in the restaurant. — Work together with other managers and owners in the planning, directing and coordinating of restaurant operations. — Deal directly with customers and employees and are responsible for a diversity of duties that include financial record keeping and hiring. — Managing daily operations, and organizing the use of materials and employee resources. — Responsible for generally managing the facility. They must ensure that all materials used in food preparation and serving are working properly. — Often play an active role in marketing the restaurant and devising promotional programs. — Operation managers interact with customers and vendors and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner. — Responsible for managing inventory and keeping financial records of purchases and sales and work with the human resources department to train, develop, hire, retain and fire employees.
Qualifications    *Maintains supportive relationships with all staff Minimum of 4 years of experience in the same field. Very good knowledge of (MS Office)& the Internet.

Experience    3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills    *Must have 3-4 years of experience as an Operation Manager for Restaurants. *The role requires a knowledge of the market place and competitor set and a high level of commercially. *Maintains supportive relationships with all staff *Demonstrates effective organizational skills and work habits. *Maintains a high standard of professional integrity. *Performs well under pressure. Remains calm and professional in difficult situations.
