Description *Prepare Local & Import L/Cs applications *Handle import documentary collections *Handle amendment requests for outstanding import L/Cs *Issuance of shipping guarantees & bank documents needed for clearance of imported goods *Preparation of, follow up & recording of all transfers to suppliers & service providers *Check export L/Cs & advise necessary amendments to be done by client before placing order for production *Examine export documents to ensure conformity with relevant documentary credits *Negotiate with banks concerning any discrepancies or technical issues related to all types of L/Cs or L/Gs *Review export clients documents instructions and discuss amendments in case any points is not doable *Preparing internal documents necessary to trigger shipment of all export transactions *Handling all types of export documentary collections transactions *Follow up on export proceeds *Prepare export documents in conformity with L/Cs or client instructions *Responsible for recording & reporting activities related to import & export transactions
Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Accounting. *At least 3 years of experience as a trade finance officer.
