Description Main Mission : - Participate in the identification, investigation, evaluation, formalization and monitoring, in competitions primarily in the field of water and wastewater, and in a second plan transport , across all instruments available to support public policy support non-sovereign public and private competitions , technical assistance, intellectual, etc.. - Participate in technical meetings with national authorities, providers and other technical and financial partners, including sectoral consultations. - Contribute to the successful implementation of financial assistance, including ensuring the relevance of the terms of reference or specifications of studies and benefits funding, relevance and compliance with the terms of consultations and associated tender, until the allocation and drafting contracts. - Perform an initial check on claims about the competition concerned and content of operational dashboards - Participate in the drafting of the content distributed by the agency for projects water / sanitation and transport (internal, external, Internet), including the development and updating of quarterly activity report and platelets produced by the agency.
Qualifications Skills and Abilities required: Knowledge implemented: -Master level or equivalent required. Engineer or Economist with a solid knowledge in development project management. -Senior professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in development project management. A focus in infrastructure projects appreciated. -Fluent French (written and oral), fluent Arabic, English. Skills and professional behaviors expected: • Good analytical, synthesis, and writing conceptualization • Rigorous methods and in monitoring projects • Actual capacity for dialogue and negotiation.
