Description Technically assist ADSL customer/resellers by acting as second line support to ensure finalizing customer problem. Communicate with ADSL customer/resellers the result of the support cycle in order to keep customer posted. Assist requests of ADSL customer for adding/removing Real IPs service to fulfil customer request. Assist resellers technical inquires through reseller portal CRM application communication channel in order to ensure solving customer problem. Assist retained customer technically in order to keep LINKdotNET customer. Handle NTRA customer technical complains in order to keep them satisfied. Technically act as a second line support for walking customers through customer service offices to finalize customer repeated technical problems. Technical troubles shoot with VIPs accounts to ensure the highest customer satisfaction. Technical troubles shoot for Facebook ADSL/resellers customers complain to ensure customer satisfaction. Technical assist ADSL customer/resellers through portal robust feedback customer communication channel to ensure solving customer problem. Report any internal department up normal cases using escalation application to enhance internal support cycle. Technical assist customer problems subscribed in combined offers between Mobinil/LDN through reseller portal to ensure solving customer problem.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree in any related field, Customer service, Network fundamentals, Communication Skills, CCNA Certification (is a plus), & MCSE Certification (is a plus))

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
