Education: B.sc degree of a relevant discipline.
Experience: Minimum of three years experience in office administration.
Job SUMMARY
Assist the Vice Chairman in the general handling of his activities. This is accomplished by acting as his office organizer and communications link with the Vice Chairman’s corporate, community, and personal matters to ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes in multiple lines of business. Requires full time availability with flexible hours. Requires a desire to learn and expand responsibilities.
Job RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the Vice Chairman, staff, business partners, and customers. Includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment, and facilities as appropriate.
2. Compose original general and routine correspondence such as memorandums, letters, emails, agendas, and minutes of meetings on behalf of the supported area.
3. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
4. Prepares and sends business and private correspondence.
5. Coordinates operations of Chairman’s office Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Language: Excellent command in both written and spoken English (Is a must)
Computer Skills: Professional User for all MS. Office processing Systems(Word, Excel, Outlook & power point)
Qualifications:
1. Business Writing: Able to compose a variety correspondence such as memorandums, letters, agendas, and summaries.
2. Professional verbal and written communication skills
3. Positive, Helpful ,Hard worker Highly organized.
4. Good mathematical , interpersonal, Secretarial, Analytical and Research Skills
5. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
6. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
7. Flexible and have the ability to multi-task including effective prioritization
8. Ability to handle administrative situations using sound judgment and follow-up.
