Description Maintains the reception area, greets guests courteously, and makes sure not to keep guests waiting for long. Operates the switchboard, directing calls, making outgoing calls including prioritizing calls as they come in and keeping records of all messages Helps in preparing all the necessary documents, reports and other relevant documents for board/staff meetings. Attend board/staff meetings when necessarily Record minutes and submit minutes for approval Assist in scheduling board/staff meetings Responsible for the company general incoming and outgoing mail. Supervises drivers/messenger staff Maintains the security, maintenance of the associations assets and vehicles. Maintains the inventory of the associations office supplies and publications. Typing and formatting documents as required. Keeping accurate and handy filling system both soft and hard Arranging Appointments, meetings and events scheduling.
Qualifications Personal Skills Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality Highly organized personality Ability to work under pressure Effective verbal and listening and communications skills Technical Skills Knowledge of themes and committee activities. Excellent computer skills including typing and the ability to operate spreadsheet\ Good command of English language -Educational/Professional Requirements : Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university 3 to 5 years experience in administrative/secretarial work
