Description Analyze and fully understand the needs and requirements of customers ” internal and external. Effectively participate in software design and architecture utilizing new applied technologies. Develop tools and programs as per customers requirements meeting project deadlines. Apply amendments and modification on programs whenever needed; amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes. Conduct acceptance test, and train customers on using the developed tools and programs. Regularly evaluate the performance of developed tools and programs so as to take corrective actions and further enhance performance. Develop and maintain programming documentation
Qualifications Personal Skills: Teamwork skills. Communication skills. Customer orientation skills. Analytical skills with attention to details. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Technical Skills: Command of Visual Studio.NET & Development technology Knowledge of SQL server implementation and administration. Educational/Professional Requirements: Bachelor degree in any related field (Computer Science or Communications Engineering). Excellent in English; spoken and written. 0 - 2 years of working experience in software development.
