Description Prepare and type letters, reports, memoranda or other correspondence. Arrange and schedule departments meetings and conferences; prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings; prepare and distribute copies of minutes as appropriate. Maintain and keep track of annual renewals for software and hardware maintenance contracts, and all petty cash expenditures; make reservations and travel arrangements; process a variety of travel and expense forms. Take notes for letters and prepare letters and other material of a confidential or sensitive nature as needed. Review and proof documents, records and forms for accuracy, completeness and conformance to applicable rules and regulations. Receive and distribute mail; identify and refer matters to the assigned Director or staff member in order of priority. Receive visitors, schedule appointments, screen phone calls and refer to appropriate staff members. Order and maintain office supplies; schedule maintenance and repair of equipment, maintain departmental fixed assets records. Maintain a soft and hard filling system for all departments documents and materials. Handling HR related issues on the SAP application such as overtime and leave. Locates and compiles information and formats reports, graphs, tables, records and other sources of information. Assembles and categorizes facts and figures for written computation and calculations. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Minimum education requirement: Preferably university degree in Business Administration Experience: 3 years experience in secretarial/administrative position
