Description —Review and process invoices for approval from the proper authorized person based on the SAP workflow —Monitor the cost on daily/weekly and monthly basis —Ownership and preparation of the monthly accruals and Value of work done —Review the time writing and the indirect cost allocation to the well —Follow up on materials with the base, (inventory, issuance, receipt, valuation) and make sure that it is accurately accounted for in the cost for true presentation and cost recovery —Analyzing and verifying actual cost on monthly basis after month end close —Involvement in contract renewals and over looking the financial and payment closes in the contracts —Review and initial all change orders and new Purchase orders prior issuance —Core person to flag any costs over run with the proper analysis to help management to take appropriate decisions at the right time —Focal point for internal and external audit when it comes to well costs audit
Qualifications - 3+ years demonstrated accounting experience in multinational companies. - Full knowledge of US GAAP is a must. - ERP oriented preferably SAP. - Advanced Excel is a must.
