Description —Petty cash & Allowance review and control aligning with company regulations. —Prepare cash sales report on daily basis for compliance. —Update cash visa and credit transactions percentage on the sheet for continuous update. —Update cash deposit tracker on daily basis for compliance. —Prepare Local purchase orders to meet business requirements. —Prepare cash reconciliation sheet on monthly basis to be submitted to management. —Upload monthly entries of cash sales on the system for compatibility. —Generate closing cash report on monthly basis to be submitted to management —Generate credit card reconciliation report to be submitted to management.
Qualifications •University degree, Faculty of Commerce, Major accounting. •0– 2 years of accounting experience •Knowledge of ERP Financial Packages •Knowledge of Accounting Standards and Practices •Good knowledge of MS Office •Resourcefulness
